Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in Bath is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and stand in for the Head Chef when required. You’ll ensure strong teamwork, high standards, and a warm guest experience across Vintage Inns.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
