Job summary

Rose & Crown in the Vintage Inns collection is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and for leading a kitchen team. You’ll run a section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

This role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, opportunities for paid qualifications, and progression within Mitchells & Butlers, plus pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
• Ability to lead a section and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of food preparation and stock control.
