Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Vintage Inns division is hiring a Sous Chef for the Golden Retriever pub. You’ll run a section, lead a kitchen team and step in for the Head Chef when needed, delivering great food and guest satisfaction.

You’ll work in a pub environment with opportunities to train staff, progress through the kitchen and benefit from staff discounts, pension, paid holidays, and wellness benefits such as Wagestream and other perks.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
