Woolpack at Premium Country Pubs is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training teams. You’ll run a section and lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring standards and consistency across service.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
