Job summary

Globe at Vintage Inns in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step in for the Head Chef when required. You will drive results, mentor colleagues and ensure consistent food quality across menus.

The role includes managing food ordering, preparation, and stock, while upholding health and hygiene standards. Onsite accommodation is provided along with employee benefits and opportunities for growth within Mitchells & Butlers.

As a Sous Chef atthe Globe, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
