Mitchells & Butler PLC in Bath is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef - Live In to lead a section, train team and step up in the absence of Head Chef. You will be part of the Globe at Vintage Inns, delivering great food in a cosy pub setting with onsite accommodation.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
