Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for the Bugle Horn within Vintage Inns. You will lead a kitchen section, train the team, and cover the Head Chef in their absence, ensuring high quality dishes and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
