Job summary

Visto Lounge is hiring a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets exacting standards. You’ll drive service quality, mentor cooks, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across a growing brand across England and Wales. This role offers a real progression path within the lounge family.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support day-to-day operations and fill in for the Head Chef when needed.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Own key kitchen routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food each shift.
