Manzano Lounge, a Loungers venue, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll work at the heart of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef, leading service, and ensuring every dish that leaves the pass is worthy of the Loungers name.

• Support day-to-day operations, stepping up in the Head Chef's absence.
• Set high standards for food quality, hygiene and safety.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food every shift.
