Loungers’ Orleto Lounge is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, leading shifts, ensuring high quality dishes and smooth service, from prep to plate.

The role offers progression, overtime pay and a comprehensive bonus scheme, with 50% food and drink discounts from day one. We are a growing hospitality brand across England and Wales, with over 300 sites.

Qualifications

• A passionate cook who takes real pride in fresh ingredients.
• Experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie and ability to lead a team.
• Reliable and strong team player with a pro-active attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring service is smooth and on spec.
• Support Head Chef, oversee daily operations and pass works.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, hygiene and safety.
• Manage prep, par levels, stock, waste and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop teammates to deliver great food every shift.
