Loungers, as the parent brand behind Ocho Lounge, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to lead in our busy kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef, supervise shifts, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is to our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role preferred
• Passion for fresh ingredients and high standards
• Reliable team player with leadership potential

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts, ensuring service runs smoothly from prep to final plate
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence
• Maintain high standards on the pass for quality, pace, hygiene
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders, handovers
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great dishes every shift
