Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie ready to take the next step
• A passionate cook who cares about fresh ingredients and consistent quality
• Ability to lead kitchen shifts and maintain high standards on the pass

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence
• Maintain high standards for food quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Manage prep, par, stock control, waste, orders and shift handovers
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food every shift
