Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our luxury coastal properties. You will work in a high-volume kitchen, delivering fresh, quality dishes and supporting the Head Chef in their absence. Pastry experience is desirable and a minimum of two years at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level is expected.
