Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of food preparation and presentation, compliant with regulations.

• Involve in menu planning, compiling and ordering; manage departmental budgets.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and quality control of ingredients per current legislation.
• Ensure dishes are produced to a consistently high standard.
