Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of preparation and presentation of food, compliant with food safety regulations.
• Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team to achieve high standards.
• Assist in menu planning, compilation and ordering while helping control departmental budgets.
• Maintain quality control and proper handling, storage of commodities per legislation.
• Ensure dishes are produced to a consistent high standard.
