Harbour Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional menus. You will confidently run your own section, ensuring quality and consistency across dishes while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

We require at least 6 months of experience as a Chef de Partie, with Rosette experience considered a plus. The role offers progression opportunities within Harbour Hotels and accessible development across our properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen role, preferable as Chef de Partie.
• Six months minimum experience as Chef de Partie.
• Rosette-background considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section in the kitchen and assist in delivering high-quality menus.
• Work to Harbour Hotels’ standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Support senior chefs and participate in kitchen organisation and training.
