Chef Results Limited has a private hospitality client seeking a capable Sous Chef for a multi-outlet, high-volume kitchen. The role will involve ensuring consistent quality, leading sections, and supporting the Exec Head in delivering rosette-standard dishes with local, fresh ingredients.

The ideal candidate will have substantial Sous Chef experience in busy environments, demonstrated leadership, and a commitment to progression toward Head Chef as the site expands.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sous Chef with track record in high-volume, multi-outlet kitchens.
• Must have background in 2 AA rosette standard kitchens.

• Run all sections under pressure during service.
