Job summary

Chef Results Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a four-star country house hotel with an award-winning 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant. The role involves supporting the Head Chef and supervising two other chefs across busy dinner and lunch services for 60+ and 40+ covers respectively.

You will need at least 2 years' experience in busy kitchens and Rosette experience, and you should thrive under pressure while adapting to multiple dining styles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in busy kitchens across multiple dining operations.
• 2 Rosette experience is required.
• Able to adapt to different dining styles and assist Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen management.
• Supervise two other chefs in the kitchen.
• Adapt to fine dining and relaxed bar menus to serve 60+ and 40+ covers respectively.
