Chef Results Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a four-star country house hotel with an award-winning 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant. The role involves supporting the Head Chef and supervising two other chefs across busy dinner and lunch services for 60+ and 40+ covers respectively.

You will need at least 2 years' experience in busy kitchens and Rosette experience, and you should thrive under pressure while adapting to multiple dining styles.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in busy kitchens across multiple dining operations.
• 2 Rosette experience is required.
• Able to adapt to different dining styles and assist Head Chef.

A Sous Chef position is available at a four star country house hotel which is a busy dining venue with an Award winning 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes for 60+ covers at dinner, 40+ at lunch. However, the hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference for up to 100 covers plated. As a result this Sous Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Head Chef with the day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the two other chefs in the kitchen.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from strong Junior Sous Chefs or Sous Chef but is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and with 2 Rosette experience . A chef who can remain calm under pressure whilst working within a small team in a fresh food focused kitchen would be ideal.
