Job summary

Chef Results Limited in the UK is seeking a highly motivated Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef in a 3 red star country hotel near Kings Lynn. The hotel operates busy dining, a 2 Rosette restaurant with seasonal menus, and hosts private dining and weddings.

You will input menus and lead a brigade of 9 chefs while staying hands-on during service to maintain excellent standards. Applicants must have a proven track record in high-volume fresh food, meeting current kitchen regulations, and

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 2 Rosette standard.
• Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a brigade of 9 chefs and remain hands-on when service requires.
• Input on menus and maintain exceptionally high standards.
• Ensure food served meets 2 Rosette/3 red star expectations and is consistently of high quality.

A position for a highly motivated SousChef to work closely with the Head chef in the kitchens of a 3 red star country hotel located near Kings Lynn is available. The hotel offers a range of busy dining operation and it is essential that the exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel offers a 2 rosette acclaimed restaurant serving fresh food seasonally changing dishes, has a very popular afternoon menu and caters for private dining and weddings. This is an excellent property and as sous chef you will have an input on menus and also will be assisting to lead a brigade of 9 Chefs whilst remaining hands on when service requires. It is important that the current standards of food served are maintained and pushed to the next level to ensure the popularity of the venue is continued.

Requirements

This role would suit a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. It is essential that all applicants has a proven track record of working in a high volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 2 Rosette standard. Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
