Job summary

Chef Results Limited is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a luxury 4* venue with a two AA Rosette restaurant and busy banqueting operations in the East Midlands. You will work in a brigade of 8, preparing seasonal, modern British dishes to high standards expected by discerning guests.

You will adapt to different cooking styles, assist the head chef, and contribute to junior staff development while maintaining exemplary food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in busy kitchens with banqueting and dining operations.
• Minimum of 1 Rosette experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a brigade of 8 chefs to prepare seasonal, modern British dishes.
• Adapt to different cooking styles and assist the head chef.
• Help manage and develop junior staff while maintaining high standards.
