Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd, acting for a premier Warwickshire resort, is seeking a Sous Chef Banqueting to join a state-of-the-art operation in its new banqueting suite. You will lead a brigade of over 50 chefs and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for up to 1500 guests.

The role requires experience in 4- or 5-star establishments, a passion for culinary excellence, and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar 4 or 5 star establishments.
• Fast-paced busy environment experience.
• Excellent culinary background and ability to lead a brigade.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Banqueting Chef in day-to-day running of the department.
• Help run busy banqueting suite with capacity for up to 1500 guests.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience and maintain high standards of service.
