We are seeking a chef specializing in Caribbean cuisine to lead service at our restaurant. Experienced Afro‑Caribbean dishes is required. 2-3 years experience in Caribbean fine dining no less than 2-3 years experience CDP.
Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in Caribbean cuisine. Ability to work as part of a team and solo. Initiative to improve kitchen processes.
