We are seeking a dedicated and capable Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and team leadership for this exciting new café concept. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with strong kitchen fundamentals, attention to ragaz detail, and the ability to step up during peak hours or in the absence of the Head Chef.
