A renowned Italian restaurant in London is looking for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join its management team. This role involves managing a skilled kitchen team, delivering exceptional dishes, and participating in menu development. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in high-end restaurants, be organized, and confident using Excel.
