Job summary

A leading sourcing firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead key initiatives and projects with internal teams. Job description

We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to be the central point of contact for sourcing at GSHQ, leading key initiatives and cross‑functional projects with internal teams and suppliers. This is a strategic and hands‑on role focused on driving service, cost, quality, and innovation across our sourcing operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Support supplier management and drive performance improvements
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and delivery timelines
  • Oversee development critical paths and sample readiness
  • Align with technical, raw materials, and compliance teams
  • Lead interdepartmental communication and vendor relationships
  • Manage contracts, scorecards, and rebuy processes
  • Travel to factories to assess capability and capacity
  • Support strategic sourcing projects and seasonal strategies
  • Coach and guide team members in sourcing activities
  • Ensure data accuracy and execution of sourcing SOPs
  • Report on KPIs and contribute to product strategy delivery
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, costing, and compliance
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in global sourcing or within a global brand
  • Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to present, facilitate, and manage change
Onsite Collaboration:

Due to the hands‑on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of four days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem‑solve, and deliver world‑class products for our community.
