Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to blend technical depth with sales acumen. You will engage customers, run demos and PoCs, and craft tailored solutions that address security, PKI, and cloud needs.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and engineers to translate requirements into architectures and proposals. The role involves designing solutions, supporting RFP responses, and traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent enterprise software background.
• Knowledge of PKI, cryptographic concepts, and cloud/container technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, GitHub, REST API integrations.
• Scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python.
• DevOps and infra automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, conduct technical discovery, and qualify opportunities.
• Lead product demos, PoCs, and RFP responses to showcase value.
• Create technical documentation and architecture diagrams for engagements.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
• Support bid documentation and tailor configurations to client requirements.
• Travel 20–25% as needed.
