Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architect I to join our global pre-sales team. This technically focused role partners with sales and engineering to design, demonstrate, and run POCs for complex IT solutions across enterprise accounts.

You will translate client needs into actionable designs, deliver compelling presentations, and guide projects from initial scoping through deployment. Strong communication with executives and hands-on technical delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree mandatory.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and ability to apply across vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Capture and assess client requirements and perform gap/fit analysis against possible solutions.
• Educate clients and colleagues on scope, features, and operation of our solutions; create presentations and demonstrations.
• Assist sales with bids and tenders, providing technical perspective on solution suitability.
• Coordinate with technical resources to provide depth of understanding when required.
• Assist in creating and running POCs, POVs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings.
