Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to combine technical expertise with sales acumen to identify, qualify and close opportunities within a defined portfolio of accounts. You will work closely with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value through demos, PoCs, and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson or related roles in enterprise software.
• Strong IT networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and PKI concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container tech like Kubernetes.
• Experience with ServiceNow, GitHub, REST APIs, and automation scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and map them to technical solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations and PoC/VfS to validate fit.
• Create technical guidance and architecture diagrams for engagements.
• Draft technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and bid documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address edge cases and feasibility.
