Job summary

DigiCert is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer in the United Kingdom to blend technical expertise with sales acumen. You will engage customers, perform technical discovery, and lead product demonstrations and PoC efforts to map customer needs to DigiCert solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver architecture diagrams, integration guides, and tailored demonstrations that show business value while supporting bid responses and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent experience in related roles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) and container tech like Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and design technical solutions.
• Lead or participate in product demonstrations and PoCs.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams and integration guides.
