Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring Technical Architects to lead post-sale engagements and craft practical AI solutions for customers. You will run workshops, hackathons, and live troubleshooting, teaching customers to adopt Claude Code capabilities.

You’ll speak with CISOs and developers, driving secure deployments and scalable identity management across platforms like Bedrock/Vertex, while partnering with CSMs and product teams to improve adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical lead in post-sale moments across onboarding and deployments.
• Build and ship working software (Claude Code plugins, agents, sub-agents, MCP integrations, Cowork skills).
• Drive adoption of Claude Code capabilities and create field-ready demos.
• Own enterprise deployment and identity conversations: SSO, SCIM provisioning, role and permissions.
• Advise customers running production workloads on the API and Bedrock/Vertex with Applied AI.
• Teach and enable customers; develop daily active developers and champions.
• Represent the company at events and feed insights back to product teams.
• Collaborate with CSMs, security, and engineering as technical liaison.
