Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer who combines technical depth with sales acumen to qualify and close opportunities across a defined portfolio of accounts. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, conduct demos/POC, and support bids and tenders.

Expect 20-25% travel. You will work with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions, create architecture diagrams, and craft technical proposals for

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent and applicable experience as a product manager, engineer, tech support agent or administrator of enterprise-grade or IT/IS software.
• General knowledge or background in IT and/or IS (networking, PKI, security, cloud platforms, container technologies).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify requirements and demonstrate solutions.
• Lead or participate in product demonstrations, and contribute to bids and tenders.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration guides for engagements.
