Job summary

DigiCert, a global leader in intelligent trust, seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to blend technical expertise with sales acumen. You will identify and qualify opportunities, perform demos and PoCs, and guide customers through architecture and API integrations.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements, pain points, and existing infrastructure.
Lead or participate in product demonstrations, showing how solutions meet client-specific needs.
Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical solutions or configurations.
Assist with scoping customer environments to recommend best-fit products or services.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration guides for engagements.
Deliver technical presentations that communicate business value to stakeholders and customers.
