Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design of complex bids and transformation programs for global clients. The role reports to the EVP of Business Solutioning & Sales Enablement, fusing business, operations, and technology elements to ensure commercially viable, deliverable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution design, bids, or transformation in BPO, outsourcing, or tech-enabled services.
• Experience designing large-scale solutions across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation and analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen, business cases, and risk assessment.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management; adept at senior client pitches.
• Experience leading virtual, cross-functional teams across cultures and geographies.
• Fluent English (C1+); knowledge of French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Industry expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Telco, or Energy & Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex bids and transformations.
• Translate client goals into structured, practical solutions.
• Coordinate input from industry, operations, AI, and automation experts.
• Act as lead solution expert during proposal development.
• Identify and mitigate solution risks with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Shape commercial models and business cases with pricing team.
• Lead solution workshops and present to client audiences.
