Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design of complex bids and transformation initiatives, reporting to the EVP of Consulting & Solutioning. This remote/hybrid role involves shaping value-driven, outcome-based solutions and coordinating across industries and geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution design, bid leadership or transformation within BPO, outsourcing, digital or tech-enabled services.
• Track record designing large-scale solutions across several countries.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation and analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases and assess risk.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management, with experience pitching to senior clients.
• Experience leading virtual teams across functions, cultures and geographies.
• Fluent English (C1+); French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Industry expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Telco, or Energy & Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex bids, RFPs and transformation opportunities.
• Integrate input from industry, operations, AI and automation experts into one coherent solution.
• Act as lead solution expert during proposal development, guiding the bid team.
• Identify and mitigate solution risks with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Shape commercial models and business cases (TCO/ROI) together with the pricing team.
• Lead solution workshops with clients and partners, and present the solution to client audiences.
