Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Solutions Architect - Consulting & Solutioning Manager to shape complex client solutions. The role is remote or hybrid from a TP office and full-time permanent.

You will lead end-to-end design of value-driven proposals, coordinating input from AI, automation, industry experts, and working with Legal and Risk teams to ensure commercial viability. The position requires 5+ years in solution design and bid leadership, with strong English and multi-country experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution design or bid leadership within BPO, outsourcing, digital or technology-enabled services
• Experience designing large-scale solutions across several countries
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation and analytics
• Strong commercial acumen, including building business cases and assessing risk
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence pitching to senior client audiences
• Experience leading virtual teams across functions, cultures and geographies
• Fluent English (C1 or above)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex bids, RFPs and transformation opportunities
• Bring together input from industry, operations, digital transformation, AI and automation experts into one coherent solution
• Act as the lead solution expert during proposal development, guiding and challenging the bid team and resolving scope questions
• Identify and mitigate solution risks, working with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams
• Shape commercial models and business cases (TCO/ROI, outcome-based) with the pricing team
• Lead solution workshops with clients and partners, and present the solution to client audiences
