Job summary
Teleperformance SE is seeking a Solutions Architect - Consulting & Solutioning Manager to lead the design of value-driven, high-impact client solutions. Qualifications
- 5+ years in solution design, bid leadership or transformation in BPO/out sourcing/digital services.
- Track record designing large-scale solutions across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for complex bids, RFPs and transformations.
- Coordinate input from industry, operations, digital transformation, AI and automation experts.
- Act as lead solution expert during proposal development and guide the bid team.
- Identify and mitigate solution risks with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams.
- Shape commercial models and business cases with the pricing team.
- Lead solution workshops with clients and partners, and present to client audiences.
