Job summary

TP is seeking a Solutions Architect - Consulting & Solutioning Manager to lead the design of value-driven, outcome-based solutions for major bids. Remote or hybrid work from TP offices, full-time employment, reporting to the EVP Business Solutioning & Sales Enablement.

You will coordinate input from industry and AI specialists, shape commercial models, and present proposals to client audiences. Candidates should have 5+ years in solution design or bid leadership, strong English, and industry

Qualifications

For solutions design or bid leadership in BPO, outsourcing, or digital services.
Experience designing large-scale solutions across multiple countries is preferred.
Understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation and analytics is essential.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases and assess risk.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management with senior audiences.
Experience leading virtual teams across functions and geographies.
Fluent English (C1 or above); other languages are a plus.
Industry expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Telco, or Energy & Utilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for complex bids, translating client goals into practical solutions.
Consolidate input from industry, operations, digital transformation, AI and automation experts into one coherent solution.
Act as the lead solution expert during proposal development and guide the bid team.
Identify and mitigate solution risks in collaboration with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams.
Shape commercial models and business cases (TCO/ROI, outcome-based) with the pricing team.
Lead solution workshops and present the solution to client audiences.
