What you’ll be doing

PGI’s delivery function continues to expand driving our successful growth. The responsibilities of the post are as follows:

Contribute to the strategic direction for PGI’s Key Clients by consulting, advising, shaping and designing human and technical interventions at a senior expert level.

Integrate / embed with clients as a trusted adviser to understand their problems and present what might be tangibly needed to meet strategic or tactical outcomes.

Lead clients and account managers to identify existing tailored or potential service lines that meet their requirements particularly where an expected need is unclear.

Present clear roadmaps / journeys to clients and how solutions meet their outcomes.

Collaborate with PGI’s subject matter experts to identify a blend of PGI services to achieve the client’s desired outcome via multiple lines or holistic solution design.

Define solution delivery models in support of consultants, analysts, testers or wider PGI stakeholders so target client and PGI delivery outcomes are achieved.

Support sales and account managers in designing and building client solutions including conducting the necessary requirements gathering leading on the technical elements of proposal writing and presenting clear and meaningful benefit.

Identify thematic market opportunities for clients defining how PGI’s existing or potential offering can evolve with them to meet significant areas of demand.

Guide account managers and clients to identify opportunities for up‑and cross‑selling to meet or exceed client strategic or tactical outcome expectations.

Partner with PGI’s marketing and sales teams to develop product collateral to define how client problems were solved by PGI’s products, services, expertise or more completely by solutions via effective mediums to the appropriate target audience.

Mentor delivery staff on aspects of solutions architecture, client management, pre‑sales and how to align measuring existing baseline posture with potential capability.

Utilise existing corporate and public sector experience to influence compliance, adherence or alignment with industry recognised standards or certification.

Translate technical reports, outputs or datasets to help inform clients on how to, where, how and why they may want to consider various service lines or solutions.

Own how PGI strategically engages / approaches client types to measure design or remediate risks to pragmatically improve digital security or investigations capability.

Contribute to growing client relationships through effective understanding of PGI capability and relevant USP / expertise relative to clients and their desire to build detect or protect.

Proven people and relationship management skills

Strong commercial understanding of the corporate and public sector and appreciation of wider PGI client markets.

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Experience in pre‑sales scoping, requirements and client‑facing delivery engagements.

Confidence and industry experience to challenge security maturity initiatives.

Understanding of wider digital resilience service lines and subject matter knowledge.

Demonstrable experience providing corporate, public sector and international consultancy.

Reporting and presentation skills to diligently feedback client knowledge to sales and delivery teams.

Experience in or working knowledge of the ISO / IEC 27000 series and PCI range of standards, NIST CSF, DORA, GDPR / DPA, ISO / IEC 23894 and the Online Safety Bill.

Experience in conducting risk assessments and forming risk management policies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior business stakeholders.

A positive approach to problem‑solving and possesses the ability to work smart and collaboratively to set deadlines.
