Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service line for a large organisation. This role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures.

• The position is permanent.
• Location: London or Bristol
• Hybrid working with a minimum of once a month in the office.
• Salary: £75k - £110k + up to 18% bonus + pension and other benefits.

The client is a global Financial Services company, so a Financial Services background is highly desirable.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organisations.
• Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital solution architecture with a focus on customer functions.
• End-to-end solution architecture for customer products, including design, modelling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership.
• Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud).
• Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems.
• Customer Journey experience.
