Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service Line for a large organization. You will join an architecture team that collaborates closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams. Your role will involve defining and delivering technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.

• The position is permanent.
• Location: Crawley, West Sussex (Hybrid working, minimum once a month in the office)
• Salary: £75k - £110k + up to 18% bonus + excellent pension plan and other benefits.

The client is a global Financial Services company, so a background in Financial Services is highly desirable.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
• Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital-focused solution architecture with customer-centric functions.
• End-to-end solution architecture for customer products, including design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership.
• Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud).
• Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems.
• Customer Journey experience.
