POSITION

Permanent, Full Time (30 to 37.5 Hours Per Week)

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with a front-end specialism to join us on a permanent basis to support building our new clinical pathway functionality for our clinical teams in collaboration with our small cross‑functional tech team.

You will be working on our clinical platform, Panacea, on tools to support identifying client needs, surfacing support while they’re waiting like articles, videos and courses, and building on our form builder the clinical team uses to gather information from clients.

What you need to have

  • Proven experience as a front‑end developer
  • A desire to work in a modular monolith Ruby on Rails app with View Component, Stimulus and Hotwire
  • Good understanding of modular front‑end code and design
  • Excellent collaboration skills, particularly when working with designers
  • Enthusiasm for writing readable and extensible code
  • A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children
