Are you a self-motivated developer who enjoys solving complex problems and improving business systems? Were working with a forward-thinking organisation in Poole seeking a Software Analyst Developer to join their busy IT team.

In this hybrid role, youll play a key part in developing and maintaining critical business applications, integrating systems, and implementing new solutions that directly impact efficiency and customer satisfaction. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver smart, scalable solutions.

What youll be doing

• Supporting and enhancing existing business systems and integrations
• Designing and developing new software and API integrations (ETL workflows)
• Troubleshooting application issues and resolving them efficiently
• Using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms) to streamline processes
• Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver robust IT solutions
• Documenting systems and processes to ensure business continuity
• Providing user training and support when required

About you

Youll have hands-on experience with tools such as MS SQL Server (including SSRS / SSIS), Visual Studio, GitHub, and C# (Blazor or similar). A strong understanding of API development and integration workflows is key.

Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, or FileMaker would be a bonus, as would experience integrating third-party platforms (such as Zendesk).

Youre naturally curious, proactive, and take pride in delivering solutions that make a tangible difference. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
