Job summary

A leading fresh produce company based in Staffordshire is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee crop management from plant delivery to harvest. In this full-time role, you will lead production teams, ensure effective crop husbandry, and implement pest control programs. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in commercial fruit production and strong leadership skills. The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, along with potential relocation support and professional development opportunities.
