Leaders In Care have an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Parenting Social Worker to join a dedicated team in the East of England on a locum basis. This role focuses on supporting children in care, ensuring their welfare, stability, and long-term success.

You will work with young people, foster carers, and partner agencies to deliver high-quality care planning and permanency outcomes in line with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of looked-after children, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with legislation.
  • Work closely with multi-agency teams to provide stability and positive outcomes for children and young people.
