About the Role

Civic Centre, Walsall (with flexibility to work from home and the Leaving Care Hub)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people transitioning to independence through effective planning and engagement.
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Experience working within Children in Care services.
