️ Job Title: Social Worker - Children (Locum)
Location: Grimsby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours/week
Pay: Up to £35.00 per hour

About the Role:

Join our Children's Assessment Safeguarding Service as a Social Worker based in our Grimsby office. You'll work closely with partners to provide targeted support and interventions for children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build effective engagement and manage relationships with vulnerable children, young people, families, and stakeholders

  • Formulate, implement, and review agreed care plans

  • Work within a statutory Children's Services setting ensuring compliance with policies

  • Carry out timely assessments of service users' needs using best practice guidance and departmental procedures

  • Demonstrate awareness of the impact of your professional involvement on children's lives

What We're Looking For:
