Responsibilities

  • Provide statutory and non-statutory social work services to adults in need, including assessment, planning, and review of care services.
  • Carry out safeguarding investigations and referrals in line with local procedures.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans and support packages.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with Social Work England standards and organisational policies.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
