Job Description: Senior Practitioner within MASH in Normanton UK earning £35 per hour hourly. Contract length: Minimum 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Senior Social Worker to join our esteemed Integrated Front Door IFD team in Wake. Immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment where you’ll collaborate with top practitioners and leaders in the field. Working pattern: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:30, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week after the induction period.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to ensure the timely processing of referrals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Liaise with other professionals, facilitating multi-agency meetings to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessments and decisions made to support future case work.
  • Use your expert knowledge of social work practices to mentor and support less experienced colleagues across the team.
Requirements:
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in front-line social work, ideally with experience in MASH settings.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
