We are looking for a social-native creator who can take ownership of our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and our broadcast channels. You will build a highly engaged community, shape the voice of the brand online, and play a key role in growing our organic reach. You will work closely with our Head of Brand to bring our vision to life across all channels.
A large part of our content comes from influencers and creators; your role is to brief them properly, select the right content, and elevate it; while also contributing your own ideas and producing original content with the team.
Channel Vision and Planning
- Work with Head of Brand to build a unified vision for all social channels that aligns with the Brand’s overall strategy.
- Shape content calendars that align with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
- Propose new formats and content pillars to support long-term brand building.
- Help define the overall direction for organic social in each key market.
Content Creation and Editing
- Edit and transform influencer-created content into strong, high-performing TikToks and Reels.
- Bring your own creative ideas for product moments, storytelling, BTS, try‑ons, and launches.
- Film in‑house content and attend shoots or events when needed.
- Write caption copy and ensure every piece of content matches Fitjeans' visual identity and tone.
Social Media Management and Community Building
- Manage all daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and potentially other channels such as Pinterest, Youtube, Reddit, etc.
- Build and nurture a strong community through comments, DMs, replies, reshares, and conversations.
- Grow and manage our Instagram Broadcast Channel, ensuring it stays active, exciting, and valuable for the audience.
- Identify community opportunities, recurring formats, and ways to make followers feel closer to the brand.
- Keep a consistent pulse on platform culture and leverage trends to create content that drives reach and engagement.
Influencer Briefing and Content Direction
- Collaborate with the Influencer team to create clear, aesthetic briefs for influencers and creators.
- Ensure they understand our positioning, styling, and brand identity.
- Select the best incoming content, request improvements when needed, and elevate raw UGC into polished assets.
- Collaborate with creators on ideas, product highlights, and storytelling angles.
Light Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, and growth weekly.
- Identify what types of content drive the strongest community response.
- Provide insights to improve future creative decisions.

- You have 1‑2 plus years of experience in social media or content creation within a fashion or fitness ecommerce brand.
- You are a creator at heart and understand what makes TikTok and Instagram content perform.
- You know how to build an engaged community, not just post into a feed.
- You have strong editing skills with experience using social editing tools such as CapCut and Canva and have a strong eye for detail.
- You are proactive, ideas‑driven, and love bringing new concepts to the table.
- You enjoy working with influencers and shaping their content to fit the brand.
- You are social‑native and understand the language, humor, and trends of the platforms.
